Streetcar Debate

George, Justin, referenced that Streetcars where subsidized solely, or almost solely by "public" utilities which is not particularly true.  Also mentioned was that the old Streetcars only moved at 10mph.  (Which is about 4-5mph faster

Washington County Commuter Rail - The Beginnings
